I have been associated with Russell Reardon for almost 10 years now. This man has a "big energy" and a wealth of knowledge and expertise. It is a complete joy to be involved in Russell's programs. Based on the Gold Coast of Australia Russell has been either a self employed business owner or commission salesman for 90% of his working life.
He began his business career as a wholesaler to the health food industry supplying retail stores between Canberra and Cairns from warehouses in Coffs Harbour and Brisbane.
This was followed by many years working as a seminar presenter or in-home sales consultant in the property investment field.
Russell has a wealth of experience working with people from all walks of life. He has seen the highs and lows of both business and sales and knows how to relate to people in similar situations.

Russell is available to companies both local and international who are looking for a fresh approach to provide inspiration, knowledge and practical ideas to improve sales performance. As The Possibility Man he uses his real life experiences to challenge others to look beyond their normally expected possibilities, whether they be business, financial, personal or health. He has an engaging manner and even with a large audience has the happy knack of each participant feeling as though they are engaged in a personal conversation.
As a keynote speaker Russell delivers a powerful message based on his book The Dash. The book was inspired by a recent visit to Toowong cemetery in Brisbane and the significance of the horizontal dash separating the date of birth from the date of death on each of the headstones. As a cancer survivor Russell understands the value of every single day and his message of living life to the max is appreciated by all who hear it.
As a workshop presenter, Russell specializes in programs to help staff better understand their own personalities and those of their clients. His presentation on "How to Sell the way your Customer Buys" is an insightful 2 hour session helping sales staff better understand how to close the deal and keep the clients happy.

On a personal note, Russell married Stephanie in London 36 years ago whilst on a working holiday through Europe (they came from the same town in Tasmania!) and they have one much loved daughter, Angela, recently returned from a similar working holiday in London.
He is an avid (if ordinary) golfer, loves paddling his surf ski, bushwalking, climbing mountains and is competent in the kitchen.
He is a member of Toastmasters, National Speakers and president of Gold Coast Business Swap.
